Waste Recovery
METHANATOR™
Anaerobic digestion
An efficient mesophilic and thermophilic process for organic waste treatment.

How it works
The METHANATOR™ technology is an advanced anaerobic digestion system that efficiently converts organic waste into methane-rich biogas through optimized microbial processes. Employing reactor configurations such as Continuous Stirred-Tank Reactors (CSTR), Anaerobic Membrane Bioreactors (AnMBR), and Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blankets (UASB), it enhances the breakdown of organic matter under controlled, oxygen-free conditions. The result: higher methane yields, stabilized digestate, and significant energy recovery, ideal for sustainable waste management, renewable energy generation, and lower greenhouse-gas emissions.
